Who We Are

BuVo Properties was founded in 2000 as Burns Investment Group, starting with the management of two mobile home parks. By 2015, the company had grown to manage hundreds of millions of dollars in commercial and residential properties. Our founder, Steve, then shifted focus to real estate brokerage, temporarily pausing Burns Investment. After achieving success as a broker, Steve felt a calling to return to property management, leading to the creation of BuVo Properties.

The name "BuVo" combines "Burns" and "Volpe," reflecting our family-oriented values. We began as a family business and remain committed to offering a personal touch in property management. When we say, “Your property, our priority,” we truly mean it.
